The STEPS Work Mates program provides long-term and personalised employment coaching to anyone with an NDIS plan.
We’ll work with you one-on-one to create a learning plan and help you choose the supports that will help you achieve your personal employment goals.
Our Coaches will support you to build your skills and confidence in the areas where you would like to grow.

NDIS Funding
STEPS Work Mates can help people with a disability transition seamlessly from school into work through School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).
For those who have completed school we provide support for people with NDIS funding through Finding and Keeping a Job.
Our friendly and knowledgeable team can help you with your NDIS plan and help you find the right employment support to start you on your journey to being job-ready.
