About 1 in 5 Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year. Mental Health First Aid® (MHFA) training will teach you practical skills to support someone with a mental health problem. Make a real difference to people in your community.

Mental Health First Aid Benefits

Learn Practical Mental Health First Aid Skills

This is a 12-hour educational course, not a therapy or support group.

Fees

To undertake the Mental Health First Aid Course the following fees are required to be paid prior to the course commencement date.

  • Full fee-paying student – $285

Payment Terms – Payment for individual students is prior to course commencement, group booking payment terms are based on agreement between the client and STEPS.
