Our Work Mates Job Ready Program is a great way to develop your existing skills and get you started on your journey towards meaningful employment.
Our program includes an intensive six-week boot camp that prepares you to enter the workforce.
How we support you
We’ll work with you one-on-one to create a learning plan and our Trainers will support you to build your skills and confidence.

Our Job Ready Program consists of two sessions per week which are designed to engage and inspire you, help you discover your passion, identify your goals, and support you on your path to employment.
The Job Ready Program is available through the following funding sources:
- NDIS funding (Finding and Keeping a Job)
- Fee for service (Self-funding)

Course duration: Six (6) week initial boot camp group program, followed by a combination of both group and one-on-one support, which is tailored to your individual needs

We also offer a combination of group excursions and one-on-one activities which include:
- Group and individual work placements in different industries
- Travel training to help develop independence
- Identify opportunities for further study
- Gain relevant qualifications
- Small business mentoring
- Provide introductions to industry specialists
- Individualised guidance and support
When you’re job ready, we will also assist you with the transition from our program to either employment or the Disability Employment Service, and provide ongoing support.
